This is also an opportunity for us to get to know you. The simple truth is that, if in one hour, both parties can't find a reason to proceed, then there is no reason to begin and waste your money or our time - both valuable resources.

The salinet point to keep in mind is: There is never any shame (loss of Face) in asking for help - BUT - if you have reached a crisis stage in you Business the road back (if it is possible) will be Brutal and Blunt. You (& Your Business) WILL be the better for the experience.
