Triage:
n.
1. A process for sorting injured people into groups based on their need for or likely benefit from immediate medical treatment.
Triage is used in hospital emergency rooms, on battlefields, and at disaster sites when limited medical resources must be allocated.
2. A system used to allocate a scarce commodity, such as food, only to those capable of deriving the greatest benefit from it.
3. A process in which things are ranked in terms of importance or priority
The Triage Categories are:
◊ Those who are likely to live, regardless of what care they receive;
◊ Those who are likely to die, regardless of what care they receive;
◊ Those for whom immediate care might make a positive difference in outcome
Hard Truths of Business

Most Business Problems arise from poor decision-making within the Business - Usually due to:
- Lack of Usable Decision-Making Tools
- Poor Information and/or Reporting (including outright falsification of data)
- Lack of Experience and/or Inappropriate Staff Appointments to key Sales, Management and/or Technical Positions
One of the Tools used in Business Triage is the Decision Tree. While not "trendy" or "fashionable", the Decision Tree is powerful, clinica and robust - As is shown in the following simple Self-Analysis for your Business
If any of this "Rings True" then maybe you should consider what Credible Help you need - No you might not necessarily need Triage;
If not, well the Statistics are that we will be reading about your Business along with the other 95% of Business Failures that occur every year. |
